1. The booking must be communicated to us in writing.
2. The contract between you and PROTOURS LIMITADA shall come into existence, with acceptance by PROTOURS LIMITADA. Upon completion of the contract, PROTOURS LIMITADA will issue a confirmation invoice and send it to you.

1. With conclusion of the contract, you need to make a deposit of the 20% of the total amount.
2. Full payment, unless specified otherwise in the relevant travel offer or in the confirmation, must be effected 60 days prior to the travel date and must be paid by you in due time (date of receipt of payment). You will receive the travel documents – after payment was received by PROTOURS LIMITADA – upon arrival in Chile at the airport or the first service you book with Us, from one of our staff.

   • * Credit Card form (ask your consultant)
   • * Transfer or deposit to the following accounts in USD under the name of Turismo Frutillar

The following scale applies (applicable per person, Children under 2 years are not taken into consideration), unless other regulations had been specified:

• * until 46 days prior arrival: USD 185
• * 45 to 30 days prior arrival: 30%
• * 29 to 10 days prior arrival: 50%
• * 9 days or less prior arrival or No-Show: 100%
