- Once you send us a request we will provide you with an answer in less than 24 hours, advising you what would be the best arrangements for your travel needs.
- When we have refined your travel itinerary (remember we are specialists in developing tailor made trips) and you feel you are ready to book, we will send all the reservations to our suppliers. Following the written confirmation from our suppliers, Protours will send you both a letter of confirmation and the Invoice informing you that your services are all confirmed and that Chile and it’s neighbours are eagerly awaiting your visit.

- Prior to the date of the first service that you have booked with us, you will receive a welcome pack with all the necessary information for your trip.
- Protours would really appreciate it if you could send us some feedback after your trip has come to an end so we can continue to improve our services for your future visits to Chile and its neighbouring countries.
