Casa Lapostolle was founded in
1994 and today is 100% owned
by the Marnier-Lapostolle family.
Their objective is as simple as it
is ambitious: to create worldclass
wines using French expertise
and Chile’s superb terroir.
In 2006 the striking state-of-theart
gravity-fed Winery & Lodge,
dedicated solely to the production
of its flagship wine Clos
Apalta was opened. It is located
in the Colchagua Valley just outside
the city of Santa Cruz. Situated
close to the winery, the
lodge offers an extraordinary
view of the vineyard and the surrounding
mountains - a haven for
wine lovers and people looking
for superior lodging. Friendly
hospitality defines the style of
service and timeless, natural
beauty the sense of place.
Four luxurious bungalows nestled
into the native forested hillside of
the valley, provide serenity and
privacy. Terraces offer ideal settings
for quiet contemplation or
intimate meals and provide a private
and peaceful environment
that is harmonious with the local
countryside. The Guest House,
where the living and dining room
are located, is an excellent and
well-furnished place with a wonderful
atmosphere. The tasting
room equipped with high-tech
equipments can also be used for
conferences and meetings.
The swimming pool at Clos Apalta
offer a quiet environment and
is designed for a relax enjoyment
of the water. Next to the
pool there is a wide terrace with
comfortable chaise longue. The
Lodge also offers therapeutic
